Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how our applications (“Apps”) handle user information. Certain features may vary by app.

Data Collection and Storage

We do not collect or store personal data ourselves. All user-generated data is stored locally on your device. Where applicable, data may be synced securely through your personal iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit framework. Such data is stored in your private iCloud container and is controlled by your Apple ID. We do not have access to data stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud container.

However, some features may make requests to third-party services, which may receive limited technical information (such as IP address and device metadata) as part of normal network operation.

Accounts and Personal Information

Our Apps:

  • Do not require account creation or user login
  • Do not collect personal information directly
  • Do not track users across apps or websites
  • Do not sell user data

Some Apps may allow optional authentication with third-party services. Authentication is handled directly by the third-party provider, and we do not receive or store login credentials.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps may rely on limited third-party services to support core functionality:

  • Apple Services: In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store payment information.
  • Subscription and Paywall Services (e.g., Superwall SDK): These services may process limited, non-personal data, including purchase events, paywall interactions (such as views and conversions), and basic device or app metadata (such as device type and operating system version). This data is used solely to operate and improve subscription functionality and is not used to identify users.
  • Discogs API (LP Addict only): The app LP Addict uses the Discogs API to retrieve public music metadata (such as album titles, artist names, track listings, and artwork). Requests to Discogs may transmit limited technical information (such as IP address and device metadata). If you choose to authenticate with a Discogs account, Discogs may process your data according to their own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your Discogs credentials.

Permissions and Device Access

Certain features may request access to device capabilities. Access is requested only when necessary and used solely for the intended purpose:

  • Camera, Photo Library, and Files: Used for user-initiated actions such as selecting, importing, or capturing images. No media is transmitted to us.

Network Usage

Some Apps may operate entirely offline and do not transmit data. Others may use network connectivity only as required for specific features such as iCloud synchronization, Apple services, or third-party functionality described above.

Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell user data. Limited data may be transmitted to third-party services strictly to enable core functionality, as described above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
